Samantha is a natural pet lover which is obvious the moment you meet her. She is heavily into the pet care community and feels helping animals live longer, happier lives is her life purpose. Erich Pfaffinger
Professional Pet Sitter/Pet Waste Removal Manager
Erich Pfaffinger has worked with his wife Samantha since the opening of Crazy Critters in 2000. Just recently Crazy Critters has expanded to provide Erich with his own pet sitting service area. He is also our Pet Waste Removal Technican/Manager. Like Samantha Erich has always known that he wanted to work with animals. His first job as a teenager was in a pet supply store where he learned a lot about pet nutrition as well as animal behavior. Since than his knowledge has continued to grow as has his love for animals. In his spare time Erich enjoys tournament bass fishing.
Stephanie Gerken
Profesional Dog Trainer/ Pet-Sitter Started training dogs at a young age not realizing that I could make a career out of until half way through my college years as a communication major at CSULB. After graduating from CSULB I followed my dream of becoming an animal trainer by being accepted in Moorpark College Exotic Animal Training Management program in August of 2004. During my two years in the program I had the opportunity to work with lemurs, bald eagle, coyote, fox, along with several types of birds. Program also included internships were I was given the opportunity to work with dolphins as well as attend conferences to keep up on the newest training techniques. Since graduating the program in May of 2006 I moved to Vegas and began working with a mega pet store retailer as a Certified Pet Trainer. I was able to hone my skills as a dog trainer along with providing the best information to petparents to take care of their new four-legged family member. I am available for any training needs you may have for your four-legged family member.
